If you’re passionate about food, technology, and making a real impact, your seat at the table is ready. 👉 Discover life at TheFork What you will do: • Support the Italian Brand team in the execution of brand, Social Media and PR strategies to increase TheFork's visibility and brand equity • Assist with copywriting and copy checking for ATL, BTL, PR, Social Media and digital campaigns • Help coordinate local events and brand activations • Contribute to influencer and content creator marketing campaigns, keeping an eye on emerging trends and formats on Instagram and TikTok • Support the creation of short-form video content (filming and basic editing) for our social channels • Create presentations and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders • Monitor campaign results and media coverage across PR and social channels Who you are: • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related fields, or having completed studies in these areas no more than one year ago • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for branding and the food industry - a true foodie at heart • Creative and able to bring a lateral-thinking approach to tasks • Detail-oriented, including an eye for aesthetics • Up to date with social media trends, especially on Instagram and TikTok • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in Italian, with strong attention to tone and detail • Native proficiency in Italian and advanced proficiency in written and spoken English • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Available for a curricular or extracurricular internship You Can Impress With These Additions: • Knowledge of the Influencer/Content Creator Marketing scenario, ideally with a good understanding of the Italian content creator landscape, especially in the food/restaurant vertical • Basic graphic design skills or visual sensibility; familiarity with Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools • Basic videomaking and video editing skills (e.g. Edits, CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar tools) • Previous experience in PR, Social Media, influencer marketing, or event coordination (academic or internship) • Interest in data-driven communication (data journalism mindset is a plus) What we offer you: 😄 An awesome team ⚖ Flexible working environment (2 days home office…

What you will do: As responsible for the business development for your designed area: • After selecting in-scope restaurants based on marketing recommendations, you will organize and manage your agenda to pro-actively schedule meetings with the owners or responsibles. Your daily agenda will be composed of cold-calls, walk-in visits and pre organized meetings to present TheFork products and services. • You will be in charge of proposing and selling the entire range of TheFork products and services building personalized offers based on the restaurant’s needs, including: promotions, advanced software tool, booking widgets installed on the restaurant website, training & marketing solutions. • You will make them understand the opportunities, features and benefits of the TheFork Manager tool and affiliate them to TheFork network.- You will keep on following-up activities with the clients you engaged with until you close the deal and the restaurant is successfully published online. Who you are: • A self-starter, results-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targets. • A dynamic person, used to work independently in fast-paced environments and with great organizational skills. • A curious and willing to learn enthusiast, who wants to grow and improve with us. • A foodie with interest in digital, tech products and restaurants sectors. • A customer oriented person with a strong commercial mindset and influencing skills, capable to convince and engage people. • A high-performing professional with demonstrated business development experience, preferably in B2B and in restaurants/hospitality environments, comfortable in managing short-term negotiations. • Very good usage of pc and Google Suite are mandatory. What you will do • Lead a distributed team of talented engineers who are taking care of social features of B2C TheFork products • Own day-to-day execution decisions, delivery on time and maintaining a high bar of quality. • Optimise the team’s processes to balance velocity and quality and promote a culture of excellence. • Co-own roadmap planning with your product and design counterparts. • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver large-scale initiatives, managing dependencies and ensuring seamless collaboration. • Participate in the overall tech strategy and management of the B2C Tribe with other engineering managers, staff engineers, and architects. • Make sure your team is heard, fully motivated and aligned with the rest of the teams in the tribe and in the engineering department as a whole. • Hire, mentor and motivate engineering talent. • Give constructive feedback, performance reviews and compensation reviews to your team. • Leverage AI to enhance everyday engineering work by accelerating development, improving code quality, automating repetitive tasks, and enabling smarter decision-making You will report directly to the DXP Head of Engineering, and you will peer up with the other engineering managers and senior individual contributors.
